商务部再次提醒公民近期勿赴波兰、罗马尼亚、乌克兰等中东欧国家务工
受金融危机影响，自2008年9月以来，中东欧国家经济形势急转直下，货币贬值。包括波兰、罗马尼亚在内的中东欧国家建筑业受冲击严重，市场急剧萎缩，雇主贷款困难，支付能力下降。此外，上述国家国内失业率上升，就业压力加大，加之其在西欧务工的移民也开始回流，对外籍劳务需求减少。由于雇主开工不足和拖欠工资现象普遍，再加上存在语言和文化差异等原因，我在上述国家务工人员权益受损情况时有发生。
为此，商务部再次提醒我对外劳务合作企业近斯暂停向波兰、罗马尼亚等中东欧国家派出劳务人员，同时提醒我公民近期勿赴上述国家务工。

To this end, the Ministry of Commerce would like to remind my labor service cooperation with foreign enterprises to near Adams suspended Poland, Romania and other Central and Eastern European countries sending labor service personnel, at the same time remind me not to go to citizens of the recent work of these countries。
